I’ve had the Invidia on my G37 for almost a decade now, and honestly been super happy with it. Not too loud, not raspy, low highway drone, and is almost as quiet as stock until you put your foot down. It has a nice tone too. It’s held up well in the NJ winters too. Def the best option for around $1k
Another example of not spending money and the sound shows that. The resonator delete sound like a bunch of empty cans with beans rattling in them. The catback actually sounds decent and it has a less raspy tone. Well worth the G note.
The Invidia system sounds stock tbh.. i used to own a stock G.. Sounds exactly the same.. But that resonator delete... oh no!👎🏽 Both wasted their money.. Both will be back
@@730F-Sport Actually it's a tad louder and has a little bit deeper tone than stock. I had one myself. That being said unless he wants it loud then he won't be back. If he comes back for it to be louder I recommend a louder cat back over a delete. Those just sound awful with these engines. And when it comes to was it worth it? A mild exhaust with a better tone than stock made with quality materials and welds then yes, it was worth the money. If he wanted it louder then he should have picked a louder one. We will see. One thing for sure the person with the resonator delete will be back because that sounds awful.
If he had deleted just the muffler and left the stock resonator it wouldve sounded so much better. Buddy of mine had a g35 coupe as his first car and whoever had it before him had a muffler delete on it but the stock res and it sounded perfect
@Midnight Mechanic This is sad. Isn't this your 5th or 6th channel you made this year? When RU-vid take you off that many times because you troll is one thing. When your trolling resulted in people not paying attention to you is another. Check out Ryan's channel. He gets reactions every time he trolls here. Take some notes kid. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🌈👬
@@howdythere2419 Perfect if he cares about volume only. I care about volume and tone. In that case you have to spend some money on a decent catback or some resonators/mufflers that fit what you like. Deletes is not going to cut it for me.
@ragintaurusmusclemercury7023 If you're gonna spew utter bullshlt, then at least make it more believable. Muffler delete with extra resonator sounds fine.
@@hydrohyperdrive8443do you know what drone is with car exhaust? It's the reason why some people need aspirin just to deal with the headache the drone causes
6 is better a lot of the time. Even Stock for stock a lot of v8s are too high pitched and raspy to me, and when you try and mod the exhaust with anything other than the top of the line most expensive systems on the market, it makes even a bmw sound as loud and unstable as a LS swapped miata. You'll also probably be pissing off everyone around you who isn't a car guy. Meanwhile v6 exhaust done right sounds powerful, but it's also more smooth, can work with more lowkey, classy builds, and it takes less to make it sound good. It'll draw attention, but it will be people wondering how expensive your car was rather than them wanting to drag you out of it💀 No need to hate on peoples builds bro, its not like they're spending your money on them🤷🏾♂️
Too each his own, as long as the customer is happy. My Q70 3.7 I thought sounded better with just a rear delete and 18 inch 4 inch wide tips. Keep up the good work guys.
Well it's not surprising the 1000 exhaust beat the 10 dollar one 😂😂. But honestly for that kind of money I was expecting more out of invidia. The resonator delete was not my cup of tea either it didn't have a shred of bass in it.
Everyone bltches and cries about VQ's being loud and then when someone makes a subtle exhaust that isn't that loud people bltch about it being quiet. Make up your damn mind.
A little research and could’ve easily figured out res delete wasn’t the play over muff delete lol & for the 1k setup a muff delete still sounds better the route for these cars is custom setup or M.D $$
I have Invidia catted test pipes on the sedan with stock exhaust, and between 1k-2k it sounds tinny like the resonator delete in this vid. Terrible sound, especially when cold.
These VQ’s has to have a muffler and resonators to sound good. Straight piped is a no no because then it gets so disgustingly raspy. Not all cars sound good without a muffler/resonator. Motordyne ART pipes with a motordyne shockwave catback exhaust sounds the best.
I have a louder exhaust on my Ram but it’s not crazy. And it sounds good. I get compliments all the time. These dweebs that think having the loudest and raspiest exhaust possible hurt my brain. Like literally sometimes. Out walking with my family and 2 of them fly by and you can feel your eardrums vibrating. I don’t get it. Quality over quantity.
Dude either leave the car stock or spend the $$ and do it right. That $1,000 exhaust sounded so smooth and so sexy.... Meanwhile that half-assed exhaust sounded like shit lol
Oh hell no. Still way too quiet, and that's a damn shame 🙄 Both sound similar to a stock Ford Focus. Owners should have just run open manifolds, which is hands down the best setup and provides optimal back pressure and reduced intake temps on these Infinity G37's.
@@730F-Sport Well, besides the reduced intake temps, I was going to post about the +2,500 RPM increase above factory redline on these G37's, but that's a very minor gain to even mention to be honest.
I started with a wife delete! My lil G37s Vert sounds Twice as nice from the beginning. I just need to refine that sound, now that I have all this ""EXTRA MONEY"" HAHAHAHA!!!
It is a liability issue. If the owner wants to rev it til it bounces of the rev limiter so be it but if they do it and something goes wrong like a blown motor or spun bearings they don't want to be held liable for that and have to repair it. Common sense.
Do muffler deletes and cat deletes and all the deletes, do they pass the smog test? Heard they can pass but people won’t give u the papers bc of that 🤷🏽♂️
