By now, you’ve more than earned the name Chrome Canyon Jr. You wear your influences on your sleeve, but you also manage to make the pieces your own. Your themes for the passenger and denizen are instantly recognizable and could honestly become as iconic as Lake’s theme. A particular standout is “One Step Forward” - it feels like an IT track that’s a fuse between Chrome Canyon, Hans Zimmer, Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein, and Natalie Holt. The sheer amount of hope in The Way Home made me tear up as well That’s not to say the quieter tracks don’t stand out. “A New Friend” is a beautiful opener and something I’ll be listening to on loop. Overall, brilliant. I can’t wait to hear what you do next
I love listening to your music while studying or making art. It immediately pulls me back into the world of Infinity Train. Thankyou for keeping the show's crazy energy alive! #FinishInfinityTrain
It’s all over. No more mystery surrounds the train. It continues to do its job, Amelia finally got her exit. Tulip lives on and becomes a game developer Lake finds her home. Grace reconciles with losing her best friend. Ryan and Ming become rock legends. And all of this was thanks to the train. It continues to fly down the track, taking people in and helping them. #renewinfinitytrain
The Train fixes trauma with new trauma. It is a dangerous place that can be unforgiving. For the most part we've seen the successes, but surely over the years and centuries many more people than just Simon have died on the Train. It lures people away and basically kidnaps them. The Train's method works, but I would have to say that the Train, One-One, or both are not inherently benevolent. They're calculative and what's scary is that their moral values aren't 100% correct. To them as long as passengers' numbers go down then they are helping people, no matter the means.
Hauntingly beautiful. Makes me wish we lived in a better timeline where you were contracted to work on the last few Books. Continue making great music John.
Wow amazing music! I really feel the happiness and awe of evolutions, the conflict coming, the catastrophe, and the sight of the exit out of it! Then the problem and danger reaching out to you that blocks your exit, and follows you out of the train. I love it. Really. At the middle I barely could resist the sunken feeling but forced me to keep listening but you managed to take one out of there and reach a resolution. And after that the problem to get there in practice and the sequels following you. I love it! And it really is worthy of infinity train soundtrack :)
Ive stumbled upon this after falling in love with infinity train and its music- And oH mY GoOdNesS, this is remarkable and super inspiring as a fellow music maker! You have truly made something amazing!
Groovy soundtrack be evil dead / Army of darkness, I think the Train only passes the entire cartoon network multiverse, I hope Infinite Train continues even if it is in a comic or a novel, Tulip be Ally / Partner of Ash Williams 20 years old
If book X would be a thing i want it to be just a full length movie that explains everything in the most dramatic way possible with the creation of the train it's first arrivals the creation of one Amelia's whole learning process the aftermath of taking over just everything less about new content cause i think we'd know all this by then but more like a homage
Somewhere down in the depths of my Notes app, maybe. The general theme of this soundtrack is grief. The “main character” doesn’t have much to live for anymore, and he goes about life living from tiny paycheck to tiny paycheck. His past restrains him from opening himself up to new relationships or even fixing broken ones, but the shenanigans on the Train (as well as his Denizen companion) not only help him learn how to love again, but also the importance of fighting for that love. I do plan to revisit and remaster this project (with new tracks, hopefully), so lore would most likely be more properly served whenever that day comes. His name is Charlie.
