This week for Tactical Tuesday we review the Infiray Outdoor RICO MICRO RH25. This extremely useful device allows you to more efficiently find your target by using thermal detection abilities. The RH25 can be mounted to a rifle in-front of an existing optic, used as a standalone optic, used as a hand held spotting device or can even be mounted to a helmet. This handy device is sure to be a force multiplier when used properly and definitely had a place in our gear bag.

Excellent content! Earned my subscription. As a society, we must learn to hide, move, live and fight full spectrum. Not everyone on your team needs NODs/Thermals, just an affordable mix, and train together. Don't forget to view each other and full kit under all spectrums. You may be invisible in one spectrum, and stick out in another!!! Goal is to be as invisible as possible in ALL spectrums!! Great vid! 👍 🫡

Hello, I would like to ask why the compass indicate opposite direction off you point? Exactly 180 deg. So is not indicate heading but something else

It was a custom build, but it is mostly using the MK12 mod H components from PRI

The only advantage to using NVDs is your ability to see other people making the mistake of advertising their location by using a NVD.

...you can't see someone based off of them using nightvision... maybe with an IR light... which most real nightvision doesn't rely on... unless you're cheap...

@@Grunt-Barra When I was in Afghanistan, I couldn’t see shit without an IR Illuminator and neither could the SOF teams I was working with.

When I was in Afghanistan, we did when we didn't have any moonlight and weren't near our COP or civilization, but that's just Uncle Sams' budget NODs talking, plus you're almost never in that situation and it actually isn't so bad that you're blind. All the Pvs14s I own personally have a much higher SNR and FOM. You get to pick in most cases, and they're not that much more unless $1,500 is a ton of money to you. I can walk out in a thick canopy in the forest at night with no light assistance and still see enough to navigate and identify targets at 100m. 200-300m in the open. Plus, we haven't used 'NVD' for decades, it's been 'NOD' since before the war started.
