I made an hour long extended version of this video if anyone is interested in watching it. It adds some extra time to each of the characters and adds 5 more INFJs (Remus Lupin, Susan Storm, Charles Xavier, Linus van Pelt, and Michelle Jones (MJ)). One thing I love about being INFJ is this outward image that we are these elegant, mysterious beings but in reality we are just quietly passionate nerds riddled with concerns for the world. Insightful but also unpredictable. Social chameleons hiding in plain sight behind our multi-faceted masks.
I didn't notice Steve Rogers was probably an INFJ. I guess that's why his morals and humility resonate with me. Edit: I also didn't know Yoda and Qui Gon were INFJ's, but I knew Liam Neeson was an INFJ, so it makes sense.
@@specmoment3592 Yes, I agree with you that Steve Rogers is an isfj not belong to infj bc some of his speech is not visionary and depth enough. But he devoted as isfj However I am still curious if he relates to isfj but why is he so brave?
@@optimus8740 ISFJs can be very brave, his bravery mostly comes from how dutiful he is, he is willing to sacrifice everything he has to help the people and his country
@@specmoment3592 thank you! I knew it in my bones, my husband is an ISFJ. So loving, noble and ruled by traditional love and honor. INFJs share this in ways, but that was his core, not so much ours.
I was in the shower day dreaming about how I'd be a great leader at bringing back the world and humanity from a zombie apocalypse and how my sacrifices in killing people for the great or good would benefit for the future and I than realized thanos is an infj that was just trying to change the world and all his sacrifices were for the sake of changing the world and no one truly understood him
I like that qui gin is an infj, always saw him as the ideal Jedi, he understood the force and was the first to become a force ghost and taught it to obi wan and yoda
I’d encourage you to expand your viewing horizons as the rest are really good as well in my opinion. There is also my extended INFJ video if you want to check that out (link in the pinned comment above ☝️). Maybe you’ll be more familiar with some of those characters.
So Steve Rodgers is typed as an ISFJ on personality database votes are 1253 (ISFJ)-50 (INFJ). Thanos is typed as an INTJ (930) - INFJ (165). Pocahontas may be an INFJ but is currently thought to be ISFP but it's close. Elsewise good video : )
Thanos is right, much like the universe humanity need correction and if I had the power n abilities to do so, I would, call me heartless, call me evil, say what you will but understanding humanity will never know true peace unlike the cancer that exists is removed by force
Yeah, Thanos wasn’t a joke... Steve seems more ISFJ in the earlier movies that he’s in, but through character development we see that he’s much more of a fundamentalist and that he has intuitive feeling. Especially in Endgame he takes on a more “counselor” or “advocate” role. One of my favorite quotes from him that I think shows this is: “Ultron thinks we're monsters, that we're what's wrong with the world. This isn't just about beating him, it's about whether he's right.”
I guess Thanos could sort of be INFJ. On the surface level, since he's doing it all out of a weird misled idealism. I think that kind of speaks to how badly his motivation was written. It just doesn't feel natural. I think usually an INFJ wouldn't go through with something like that.
I wonder often when watching WWE if Wyndham Rotunda aka Bray Wyatt is an INFJ. Not so much the gimmick but the man behind the characters. First Time I saw this guy talk and his ways of expression it was like seeing another version of myself in a creative way. Idk anyone else get what I am trying to explain?
I had to look up videos of him and i think I understand what you’re trying to explain. And you’re right it’s like seeing a version of myself as well, in a creative way. In fact, this is what i do when i assume other aspects of myself. I make them entirely their own characters though they’re still extensions of me. Extensions of me that i don’t use in default me. Specialized versions of me. I sometimes name them to distinguish them. I can sometimes tune them in and handle a situation through their skillset.
Everyone is saying Steve is ISFJ. The reality is that this is a flawed inelegant category system. Many people don't really fit in to any one of the personality types. Like for example I get an INFJ whenever I test, but I honestly identify with multiple different personality types. Like in another video, there were people saying that INFJ's hate sports. But that's not true, just because someone is an intellectual doesn't mean they can't also be athletic. It's probably healthier to be well rounded
I guess categorizing it into 16 personalities (even though there are probably many more, so how some of these personalities have two variants) is just a way of recognizing patterns and traits that are usually together.
it's not about how you relate to descriptions. it's about which functions you use the most to process information and make decisions. behaviors are secondary. It is about TYPE, not overall personality.
Thank you. I'm an INFJ and also a content creator on RU-vid. Currently uploading a video on INFJs. I'd love your insight on my content. Thanks in advance. Namaste. This is a great video btw. 🤠👌 PS. Also a new sub & liked the video. Gonna watch the hour long after this. The Else reference hits hard. Always loved her but didn't make the connection. Thank you.
........They're not "counting acting" they're considering how the characters are written to be. You know, characters that are generally written by humans to reflect how humans can be.
