Inflammation (high CRP, CK) Blood Test - What does it mean? 

Mine has been 3,000 plus on 2 occasions both were back accidents where my body was severely damaged

Any updates pls

@@Thesilentwolf7610 Yes, Dropped from 2500 to 250 in a week. Looks like it was caused by a heavy workout on biceps

@@IlIKRATOSIlI holy shit, a good bicep workout raises that to 2500 ? Mine is slightly elevated I think its by excessive walking or strain IDK no one gives you an answer. That is great btw, still slightly elevated 250 but I think its normal.

No medication. You need to talk to your doctor to work out the underlying cause.

He did said a person can have a fatty liver

What's necrosis.mines 900? Blood test after workout twice a day and injecting trt in muscle.

crp 10 still high, spoke to 2 hematologists 1 rheumatologist and 1 gp and all of them said nothing to worry about.

@Heartfelt thoughts Thanks for the suggestion. It was checked, but I don't recall the number. I get some Vit D through diet but also supplement with 2000IU to 4000IU each day, so the level should be fine.

@@gregd4391 my crp levels were high ... vit d is low .. going through many respitary infections ..ear infection costochondirotis high palpitations ... uti .. no one gave correct diagnosis..I started taking vit d supplement 2000iu .. hoping ot recovers soon

Yes same thing with me I lift weight went to the Dr and they told me creatine raises it then they told me to go easy on intense training for a while

you should get an mri on your spine to see if there is any pathological reasons for your back pain, there may be herniations and/or stenosis, you don't want to further injure it or cause permanent damage.. look into it... peace

@@HOTRODRICO yeah I had an mri. Showed nothing. Had blood work and showed high creatnine levels. Which is normal for taking creatine I think? But the pump is lower then my kidneys. Just odd. Doesn’t hurt. Just feels the same as a bicep pump. Lactic acid and fluids. It’s jsut weird how even little activity would cause it. But like every time I’d quit creatine. Bam. Gone. Just wish I knew the science behind it. Iv quit creatine for good. Just miss those gains and explosiveness.

mine CK is 2051 is it normal or do i need to worry about something.
