John Mace should have a shenanigans where he installs a new ceiling for them that is only 10 feet high and made of something a lot more robust than cheap acoustic tile.

Put the new ceiling at the height of the old one but add spikes. Ceiling lowers an inch every time it detects force against it.

They are certainly destroying the office, but not catastrophically enough for me. I'm just waiting for the day one of those grappling hooks catches a water pipe at a weak spot, they try to yank it down and end up breaking the pipe open.
