We got some balloons from Amazon and inflate them with helium and air. The balloons are Halloween theme, and include a black cat, giant spider, jack o lantern pumpkins, and the words "Happy Halloween" made of balloons! These balloons are great for a Halloween party and were affordable and really cute. We inflate a few of the black and orange plain latex balloon to give an idea of what they would look like, but they would definitely fill up a room. We used a helium tank from Walmart and a regular air pump to inflate them.
