I used to work at starbucks, an iced caramel machiatto is vanilla syrup, cold milk and ice with espresso on top, if a drink has 'machiatto' in it it means espresso is poured on top, its Latin for 'marked'. The caramel cloud machiatto is again similar but it's made with skinny milk to get discus foam (cold foam) which is poured over ice in the cup and then the espresso is poured on top. So if you add cold foam, you're adding skinny discus foam on top of your drink. Youthberry tea is a hot pineapple flavoured tea, so yes they dont do it cold, some people have added ice to it like how they brew their green, black and hibiscus tea, but up to store managers discression as we couldnt put it through the till. Also if you order loads of frappachinos with additional things, yeah it's not gonna be a good shift 😂

you should try an actual cold brew as it's brewed with cold water instead of hot which changes the flavour of the coffee and it becomes sweeter and less bitter :)

As someone who works at Starbucks UK, my favourite drink is the chocolate milk, 2 and a half pump of caramel syrup, and tell them to foam the milk like they do for a caramel cloud but to add in vanilla and cookie pieces, ITS STUNNING ! X
