Is there any place I could touch or massage my horse with DSLD? He isn't horrible yet, but I would love to keep him around as long as I can. He is never ridden since diagnosis but I have had him for 15 years and would love to keep him comfortable as long as I can, but I will NOT allow him to suffer.

If the horse is enjoying this, why does she need to hold him with the halter and why does he keep lifting his head?

You do not understand the importance of pressure and release with proper timing, rhythm, and feel.

You have no concept of pressure and release.

@@PetraHChristensen It is all about pressure and release with horse to horse interactions and horse to human interactions.

@@PetraHChristensen You can say what you want but it is all about pressure and release. Your observations of wild herds has resulted in false conclusions. 'All' horses do not follow the high mare. The stallion runs the herd.
