I'm so glad someone's finally talking about this score in detail, Informous is genuinely one of the most underrated players in this games history and this score is the perfect example of that.
If you're an extreme stamina player lacking the finger control, you can treat the whole thing like one deathstream and do reasonably well - well enough for leaderboard on lazer c:
@@thesaltyspoon7483 you mentioned that it was rhythmically different from other breakcore maps because of the 1/2 vs 1/4 gaps when the examples you showed are played the exact same
@@thesaltyspoon7483 he got 1% lower than Informous; I don't want to downplay the impressiveness of his score but I think that the leaderboard gap on its own really doesn't say anything about the play. It's just that other top players really don't bother with the map
@@bluenation2119 look at the lbs recently, a lot more top players are trying but having a high rank doesn’t automatically make this map easier. It’s unbelievably difficult to hold combo with decent acc, and like treyarch mentioning in the comments this map is basically pure rng. Your friend got decent acc but with only 300 combo the score doesn’t mean much.
@@thesaltyspoon7483 To be fair not too many maps come to mind, but there are surely couple maps here and there with similar patterns. Examples: "Hatsune Miku no Shoushitsu" mapped by DJPop and "Taihen na Mono no Shoushitsu" mapped by DJPop. They have some connected slider patterns. And then there are ofc many finger control maps in the game.
