Always try to use same email id. Anyway u got shortlisted for the interview right. Then they will send all the updates in the same mail id which u have used recently
Yeah once you applied for any role u need to wait for the result. If you didn't get selected for that role then u can't apply to other roles for the next 6 months. They will mention that in the registration form itself. Most of the companies follow this rule. Most of the companies will not allow us to apply for multiple roles at the same time
