how is gst dept waking up after 32000 cr has accumulated...gst didn't know this before..thr is no mechanism with IT/GST to monitor outstanding and report immediately...same with employees TDS..IT sends notice to employees for TDS which is deducted and not deposited by bankrupt companies..nclt has data, resolution professional has data but IT doesnt
News is sensatiinal for the sheer size of notice amount CLAIMED by the GST authorities. But who follows up what happened later ? Do you think Infosys does not have GST advisers on their rolls? Only sensation in reporting !
Why GST department is sending show cas notice after so many years. It is software problems every month they are modify and trouble business person. But now a days every month trantation gst peaple are catching the mistake by us. Finally it is GST department mistake

This gov is waiving of farmer loans and rich industrialists companies are being given 75 to 80% haircuts on loans defaults yet the gov doesn't have a single courtesy to consider waiving small tax claims from employees arising out of employer defaults or no depositing of TDS by employers/defaulters etc...punish the middle class tax paying employees!!!
it is very well known and established .. govt judges lawyers try to approve such fraud claims using unlawful marketing tactics.. while these claims fall under Prevention of Bribery act as any tax is not legal tax, in court judges let govt enjoy illegal benefits. also no citizen has claimed such methods of illegal claims are legal and judges lawyers tax officers cannot become the law. #infosys #infosysshare #ndtvprofit
