I see that this video explains the answer in detail. However to be able to catch up with solving the problem, it needs sound thinking and fast scanning of possibilities. The presenter can try to put it in linguistic phrases like , "Add the individual digits" which saves time and also teaches logical reasoning better. Enjoyed the video.

have another logic also.... 1)eg. For 1st row Add last two element and then divide by 2 it will give 1 St element Eg..last two elements 2+6 =8 Then divide by 2 .... 8/2 =4 Where 4 is 1 St element ... You can do same method for next rows😉
