Great video Nauman, and yes you did the right thing, checking and calibrating the machine. And as we could see in the video you checked for straight cuts, and measurements were way out on both sides of adjustment plate. These machines no matter what make or model, they still need to be checked and some times calibrated. I have the latest Dewalt cut off saw, and had to adjust mine because my straight cuts, plus 45 cuts were not accurate. Now every pipe or flat and angle steel i cut are perfect. Dear friend thanks for watching and liking. I am nowadays making a welding table using mild steel pipes and getting accurate cuts after the calibration. This machine has made metal work really easy as compared to cutting with an angle grinder.
Thank you very much, Please, can this cut of saw cut 100mm x 50mm rectangular tube in 45 degree angle if we put the tube so the base is the 50mm side and the height of the tube is 100mm, it is like putting two of 50x50mm tubes on top of each other and cut them in 45 degree angle. Please answer my question, because this the the reason that I want to buy this saw for. Thank you again.
A better blade is needed.. I have this tool with a Pro-Tech metal cut off wheel.(good local brand) it doesn't take long at all.. Although the blade is a bit pricey.
