Very cool, kool, and even kewl ways to deal w/ cracked/broken plastic... I say this as I own a P/U Truck that's from the mid90's which has broken plastic on the dash. It's the plastic that goes around the instruments/gauges, & the air conditioning vents except no one sells the replacement piece that I need. I looked hard back in 2014-16 but found no one making this piece that goes across the whole front of the dash & they've never got one in the junk yards that isn't already broken. All that said, this might just offer me a way to fix it but after that IDKnow if I can do much about the colors b/c part is a fake wood grain type finish but if I can't put it back together I'll be happy enough. Crazy glue gets brittle and splits but I have seen guys scuff up the inside surface, use zip ties inside hot glue guns to weld plastic then layer on epoxy and its very strong. Someone needs to pickup these plastic noses off the highways, repair, repaint and resell them. There's a FORTUNE just laying out there!
