I think it works with magnetic waves, mine wasn’t working neither until i gave it a push and once you push it it wont stop and you can adjust the speed
@@ronc3348 This was a similar case with us but it is dependent on the weight which cares. With one of our kids we didn't face this but with the second one we did push it to start.
Dear Amelie, this might be an issue in the board where the buttons are. Other thing you might try if not yet to try with brand new batteries and also to check the level of the magnet under the seat. If it's too far it might be also a reason for stopping.
Dear Hassan, It really depends on the combinations you would use but on all options enabled it is around 1 month but with 4 to 6 hours usage range per day
Hi @OJIGBAN CLEMENTINA, if you have received the ac adapter as part of the swing as there are closer models differing in packaging yes. In case the ac adapter is not part of the swing package for safety purposes, I would recommend not to use. In both cases please read the safety instructions for the swing! Thank you!
Usually batteries are not included but in your case the adapter is part of the packaging. Please read the instructions for use and apply the steps provided along!
Hi Daniel, there is single screw and that is for the battery door. The rest on the frame are not screws but rather small metal pieces which locks in each other
And a little things that pop to hold the parts together may have fallen inside the tubes as was the case in mine I had to literally get needle nose pliers and pull out the little device that basically holds all the pieces together by popping through the holes on each tube.
Hi aryan108! usually they suggest from newborn up to the time the kid will reach 9 kg. On the other hand it might depend if the baby was born earlier than it supposed, I would suggest not to try as it mostly will not stay on it.
We bought our the bottom dosen’t touch the swing detecter it in the middle we the hole is. Is there something to do that will move the swing where the detecter is ?
Hi Alexandre, I am not entirely sure what you mean by moving the swing to the detector, but usually the swing magnet part under the seat doesn't touch the bottom middle part of the swing. If there is hole in the middle part of the swing and is not working you might have a look at the batteries if they are located properly.
Gente listo!!!
If your swinger is not working make sure the triangular thing at the bottom center is CENTERED. the point has to go over the middle of the battery area. Mine is off center. Fix was to lean swing up against the wall to center the magnet. UPDATE easier fix was to reposition the unhookable center piece a bit left or right until magnet was centered.
@@abhinavgoyal2937 your right, just reposition the center piece. it unhooks from back....move the hook part left or right (off center) until magnet centers.
@@novascotianinfj thank you brother. A bit confusing for me. Please could you simplify this centre piece you are referring to? Is this on the swing or the base? A small video will be a great addition to the community only if you can do.
I have one that u can use batteries if u bring it to a park or place with no plug in. But for at home or church it has a cord an plugs into a USB box like your phone charger would
Unfortunately the batteries are size D and 4 of these are required. If you have a charger for this type of batteries that would save you buying 4 every 2 months
Dear Pooja, It would really depend from the market. When we were buying there were 2 stores caring these nearby and one was selling twice as the price but I would agree with IAm Zuk that it is around 80 Pounds
