Thanks for sharing your experience. My process after surgery has been very similar to yours. Im at my 6th day after and the worst thing I had was a constipation. Almost without pain. I had an open aurgery on my left groin. My best regards from Brazil

Day 9. I'm a wedding photographer and had a full day wedding to do. Took it very easy but paced myself over the 9 hours at the wedding and no real problems thank goodness. Sat down whenever possible. No pain. Going really well😊

Very well explained, thank you. I have a left inguinal hernia as you. Been 0ne year now. Going to see surgeon and get exam next Monday. Please keep posting on your progress.

thanks for your video. I have a bit of a tear on the left side as you experienced and hoping by loosing some more weight I may reduce the pressure on the hernia and avoid surgery....

Weird that your pain levels was so low. It was very sore for me just trying to get into my bed. When urinating first 4 days was very painful.

Thank you for the advice ,i also have a hernia on my left side , may i ask why you opted for open surgery as opposed to laparoscopic or robotic
