I was diagnosed 18mths ago but some days now I don't need to use an inhaler. I find the breathing techniques like pursed lip breathing help me .

Thanks They told me to brush my theeth after each breath since it can causes fungal infection in the mouth ?

Does the entire powder gets consumed in a single inhalation or do we inhale again to consume entire powder in the single dose? How is this inhaler better than the existing powders such as Foracort & Tiova. I inhale both every morning. I taken Foracort even at night post-dinner. Does a single dose give relief for 24 hours? Or should we take another dose?

This is a prescribed medicine, so you should check with your doctor how many doses you need. I am using the same one but my doctor has prescribed 1 puff per day for me. Entire single dose is taken in by one inhalation in your mouth, so you need to take it in a deep breath.

Breo ellipta, I always take a couple more puffs to make sure I get all the powder. I've been on this one puff a day for the last six months it's good stuff. Personally find it better than Advair. Only drawback it makes my voice very husky.
