@Asim Ayyubi But you do realize that Islamic law does not apply if you are in Canada or America or even Australia or any other Western country by law off your son or daughter must get 50% each because men and women are considered equal under the law so your daughter could take your son to court and Sue

@Asim Ayyubi simple! Dont think your daughters will not sue for more and some may even come after your relatives which are not legal heirs if you are outside of the Muslim world. In the west if you have children everything goes to your kids 50/50 Girl or boy not your parents, once you you have children they are the next of kin including your spouse. Besides i would leave more to my daughter because if anything happens to her as abuse she can have the power to leave and have a better life. Real fathers take care of their daughters, lift them up out of poverty not bury them down with nothing! The OP has become a stepchild and sadly disinherited because the new wife comes along and gets everything
