In this Microsoft Flight Simulator video, we take the Inibuilds Airbus A320neo V2 for a short test flight from Amsterdam to Manchester giving us a chance to check out all the features as well as test out the systems. It is not perfect yet and we had a few challenges approaching Manchester but it is still work in progress and in my opinion it has great potential. This aircraft will become available as a default aircraft with the upcoming sim update 15 and will be available to both PC and XBOX users. ENJOY!!

With you, the more the better. With that said, Ive personally no reason to fly another a320 past the fenix, but options are good either way.

I think that the ils frequency was not dialed in because you were too far away from the Manchester? Just a guess. I did some extensive testing with Asobo default Boeing vnav path following and it struggles mainly in one aspect - when there is for example FL 12000A it thinks that it has to be at 12000 at this point. It does not understand that also for example 15000 or even 20000 is fine and it tries to catch it even if it has to go nosedive of 4-5 thousand fpm. I usually manage my descent through manual V/S inputs and it is fine. I started this with FSX so I'm pretty used to that :D

hey im on xbox series x and play on su 15 beta but since 28th april im having some pretty serious problems such as insane stutter (i cant even move my camera without it taking 50 seconds) the inibuilds a320neo autopilot misbehaves and i would love to hear any tips or im just gonna have to wait for it to be fixed

I have the Xbox series x and my gs won’t capture do I use localizer or approach or with this activate automatically ? It’s only the initial apprch and ils that won’t work for me

Those FMAs also look a bit wrong. It should show the set minimums which appeared at first but later disappeared and "CAT 3 SINGLE" which should've appeared after the APPR FCU button was pressed and localiser capture.

Well to be honest, ground textures are very blurry, and it’s seems that this is not the problem of internet connection. I use Ethernet cable with very big download speed, and my sim look same as yours. Another funny thing is that other planes like neo v1 or citation does not have those problems :v (playin on Xbox S)

Very nice Test Flight. One question. Where does the Autothrottle get the manged speeds? I can’t see Entry’s in your Flightplan right handed to the waypoints and I can’t enter speed numbers in the Flightplan for the A320Neo V2 Beta in XBox. So where does the plan take the Speed Changes automatically for the different parts of the flight?

The speeds are calculated once the MCDU setup has been completed. After entering all the information in the MCDU finishing off with the PERF page, if you go back to the waypoints page you'll see the speeds calculated

How are FPS compare to Fenix, Pmdg and A310? if they are similar with A310 it is bad for me, it have, more or less, less 10 to 15 fps than Fenix and Pmdg. Anyway i not sure but i think there is gonna be a enhanced version like A310 with modeled passenger cabin, so fps will be worst than actual beta without passenger cabin.

All my bindings were out when I downloaded this aircraft, it's much better now but I can't get the reversers to work on my Thrustmaster yoke. When I pull the Levers back they just go crazy, backwards and forwards, very quickly, if that makes sense. If I use the mouse and pull the throttles back it works.

How do you stop the plane from veering to one side when on takeoff roll or landing? It happens to me every time and I cannot figure out why. Trying to correct even slightly with rudders or steering makes it even worse.

I struggled too until I ignored the animations of the throttle in the flightdeck it was going from idle to full toga and nothing in-between. Focus on the sliders on the efb pick a throttle position on your physical throttle and set it from there. Hope that makes sense

I haven’t had any issues for the most part other than self induced ones as I learn how to set up everything since default a320 takes almost no time to set up in 30 seconds. I expected to have gam crashes abundantly, cause I crash or black screen on almost every attempt at a310 and a330 but I’m shocked I haven’t had one yet however after several flights no problem at all, I am no longer able to pushback in it. Tug connects, but it will not pushback at all. Brakes not on, chocks removed gpu removed, every thing is set but now it wont do it. It doesn’t seem to be a pushback only issue because if I try to say screw it and just turn around myself, if I have tried to pushback I can go max power and plane doesn’t move an inch. Anyone else know what the deal is or how to fix?
