Your use of ornamentation and phrasing on the whistle and your brothers sensitive accompaniment lift what is already a pretty tune to something altogether beautiful
You lads are the real deal! Amazing renditions of the songs i grew up listening to my family play and here we are, listening to you guys for 10 years and still putting out amazing songs! Ive always been a string instrument person but you make me want to learn the low whistle ! Im gonna go for it ;)
Excelente, Maravillosa interpretación 🌷👏👏and very special to the audiences see Brothers play in Harmony 😂that give Peace to the world. Just find video. God Bless🤗🙋🏻♀️ from Lincoln
Thank you for your wonderful interpretation of irish music. I am a great fan of you two and just ordered your CD on bandcamp. Want to hear you even in my car. ☺ So go on and on and please come to Germany(Bavaria) for concert! 🙏
Chicos, excelente!
I love this. I really love the tone of the b flat whistle and the way you play. I have a Bflat, C and D whistle (the high ones) and my favorite to play is the Bflat because of its low tone. I wish i could play lower whistles like the low D whistle but my fingers are too small. haha, its amazing u wouldn't think physicality would come into play that way but it really does. Anyway keep those lovely tunes coming :) thanks
Bb is my favorite key for tin whistles too. There might be makers who make low whistles with holes that are closer together, for smaller hands. Oh, and try low F whistles (much easier than low D for smaller hands and they sound awesome). Thanks!
Hi Sara, I have medium hands for a female, I thought I couldn't play anything lower than a Bflat, but try a low F, and I've worked my down to a Dixon plastic low D using pipers grip. I'm not fast yet, but it's worth a try.
Estoy buscando temas para practicar en Si-bemol. Escoceses, asturianos, irlandeses,...
Did you do anything to tweak that Tony Dixon Bb whistle? Your's sounds very clear, but many of the Tony Dixon low whistles I've listened to sound quite breathy.
@@TinWhistler Yes, you're right. My bad. It's an alto whistle. You play it beautifully and combined with the guitar, it's a wonderful performance. Thank you.
Love the tune. Thanks for playing amazing music. Would you guy play Morning dew for me? It would be great to listen the song of you guys’s style. Also wanna know What tin whistle is it ! Thanks again!
@@TinWhistler thanks! It sounds really terrific. I keep coming back to this recording. It’s so lovely! Are you willing to share the chord used in the 6th measure the first time through the A part.It add such interest and musical tension.
