This takes a look at how to do CW mode on the Yaesu FT-891. We start with the function settings that will put you on the air, then move on to basic receive menu settings, and then a quick look at saving your CW set-up, using RT-Systems.
I’d like to apologize to everyone watching this video. I’ve been ill for the last couple of months and really hit hard while working on this one. It took me a lot more time to get this recorded as I was constantly having coughing and sneezing fits that forced me to back-up and record whole sections of the video. When going through it while editing, I noticed my voice was slurred almost to the point of some of the words being unintelligible. I will be listing all the Function and Menu Settings in the video description so if you didn’t understand anything, you can look it up.
