@@takumay_yt86 No problem! I got to go pretty far in the game beating Mako and Ryosuke. I just have 1 question. Whats your main approach to taking corners? Do you just use gas all the way through them or downshift and brake through?

@@thegreataustini What I do mostly might be kind of complicated for me to explain but I will try my best ( ･ㅂ･)و ̑̑ So in the arcade, what I like to do the most is step on the break for a second or so before entering the corner and rapidly switch stepping on the gas and breaks so the car would slowdown but also go into drift mode? And while you are doing that, I would look at the Speedometer (or Tachometer) and switch the gears to the speed you are turning. I think there are other best ways but that is my way of doing. Also if there are questions and parts that confused you please feel free to ask! I will gladly help and try to explain!

@@thegreataustini I also forgot to add. For some easy corners, just simply let go of the gas so you dont have to drop down your speed alot 🤙🤙

you have to hold the start button to get the headlights off. To turn light on again, you have to press the start button. Ofc this only works at night

played a ton like a ton of ID3 & 4 IRL and the PSP port of 3 & recently just got a new laptop capable of emulating extreme stage now ive figured out and got ID8 running but i have yet to figure out if this is my controllers steering sensitivity being an issue or if im just not used to how this one functions compared to older initial d games

Thats auto braking which is a feature that all of the HD era games especially D6,D7,D8 have where a stock car will slow down when you turn too hard. its more pronounced on a controller than a Wheel but you have to upgrade your car to at least spec 5 to minimize it then be full spec to completely remove it. in Intial D the arcade you can't even play online untill you have Full spec'd your car and all of the time attack records you see online will be using a full spec or even EX spec car

@@Bruce_Mazi i used PS5 controller for this, i turn/touch the stick slightly --> the car lost too much speed ( is that = your meaning turn too hard ? ) Now how can i fix this or i need to full tuned my car first ?
