In this video I will be demonstrating how to apply the English patch to the game and going through the settings needed for perfectly playable emulation on RPCS3. This is a very popular series in Japan with somewhat of a cult following. I myself find the game entertaining in short bursts, but the handling does take some adjusting to. It is like a hybrid of Crazy Taxi and Ridge Racer, typical Sega craziness :)
