You are using the old swaging tool, check the new Volvo injector tube bulletin for more information..

Can the cylinder be up and keep the tool from going all the way down the wedge part that is

I’m not sure.. the book does tell you to rotate the motor to specific spot.. possibly so that dosnt happen
