Glad to see he’s doing well, me on the other hand, not so good. A few weeks ago I broke three different bones in my foot on of which also had a fracture so 3 breaks and a fracture, needed surgery, doing better now, also in physical therapy, the whole ancle is swollen though

Love y’all, glad that Turin and Landon are doing better, gives all your kids a hugs for me, and tell them that are the RU-vid channels that I watch are inspired me to not be afraid of stuff because on Monday night I finally got used to lightning 🌩 but I am finally getting over It, but not the loud noise yet, all of the RU-vid channels if you see all of them, tell them I say thank them.

Hi Turin I have torn my ask during a soccer game in my hometown soccer travel league that spring. That summer could not go to Philmont Scout Ranch for backpacking. I wish well with leg.

Glad Justin and the boys were able to experience a professional soccer game. I am sure you all enjoyed that. It looked like the girls enjoyed themselves also. Sometimes it is good to do what you guys have done tonight. Glad to see PT is coming along good for Turin. I have one of those bands that I work out with. He does alot of the exercises on his knee that I do to keep my knees stronger. I may try using the band to help with resistance. I have floating knee caps and I have had problems with cartilage on one knee and they said the other knee will need the surgery eventually. So I am trying to prevent it. Have a good day. 😊

thats crazyyy i use the reduced blood flow machine thing when i go to physio cause i tore my acl n meniscus lol but it makes the exercises like 70x harder which helps for quick muscle hypertrophy to help increase strength in the knee and stuff but i hope turin's knee starts getting better much quickly

I feel sad that a 13 year old has to go through physical therapy, but he is young, healthy, and will heal quickly. You will be better soon, Turin!!!
