If you guys are having problems moving to the next heroic levels, there is a support section in the game by the settings. You can write to the support and tell them about the bug. They’ll get back to you about it. I don’t know why some players are having issues moving to the next heroic mode. 🤷♂️

I recorded this when the raid was around a few months back. It used to reset 2 times a day and give 3 pip s. They changed it to once a day with 6 pip s.
