All new dlc characters are banned from tournaments for a moth but idk why. Maybe it's just cause they're new and pros don't know how to fight against them yet who knows

Raiden is banned bc it would be unfair to spring a new character on the high level practices that they do bc they’d have to learn the matchup in a very short amount of time. It’s like a slightly heavier version of the one month ban that occurs after every character comes out for the same reason
Why is there so much hype for Black Panther that’s happening early next year. It’s not like Thor ragnarok is 3 weeks away or anything OR YA KNOW JUSTICE LEAGUE
