I thought you have this game on PC? IIRC, the PC version has 60FPS stage transitions/supers, with the only exception being Scarecrow, which is stil 30FPS.

I do but when I do the stage transitions the FPS drop I tried many different things and couldn't get the FPS to stay stable so I'm using the PS4 version for these types of videos for now. My laptop is beast so I don't really know why it's dropping.
