The INKBIRD app is developed on the basis of the INKBIRD smart app and INKBIRD pro app. Maybe you can try the INKBIRD app and use the slow flash mode to pair? how to connect it to wifi again because as it works it stopped and I have two one for temperature and one for humidity the one for temperature stopped and the one for humidity is still connected to WiFi

you have to hold your phone close to the device, when sending the wifi config to the Inkbird device , as is shown in the video, for me that did the trick!

Hello, Thanks for your message. If the ITC-308-WIFI triggers the high-temperature alarm, please turn it off by pressing the button. If the high-temperature alarm function is not required, please set it to a value that cannot be triggered.

I think a lot of people might be having the same problem I did where you have to be connected to your 2.4Ghz wifi on your device for it to work, if you just enable the 2.4Ghz but don’t connect to it with your iPhone or whatever it won’t work
