With so many products on the market these days, making a buying choice can be quite difficult. It is essential that I have a color inkjet All-In-One printer/scanner/copier at home, and I own two models from HP and Epson. This has given me the opportunity to compare the two machines, and both have good points and bad points. In this video I will offer my own personal experience and opinions. Please be aware that the opinions expressed are my own and apply to the specific machines that I own. Problems that I have experienced with my machines may not be experienced with other machines.

Information shared in this video is useful. Thanks! Just one follow up question: are the HP and the Epson that you are comparing in the video above of equal life in terms of how much ink was left in them? Surprised to see the poor HP quality. thank you so much.

Thank you! I've had the HP longer, but the ink usage seems to be about the same. I haven't used the HP since I bought the Epson because of the print quality issues. As I said on the video, the HP quality problem may not be a general problem. My suspicion is that the HP service center received a machine they couldn't repair and had to give the owner a new machine. They then had a used machine that they needed to get rid of. When I complained about print quality on my original HP printer, they said they couldn't get a replacement print head and offered me a 'new' machine instead. It wasn't 'new' out of the box and I suspect it had a problem. Anyway, the experience has put me off HP. The Epson has been great. I've used it a lot in the last few months and the print quality is great.
