Pearl... Pearlie! Oh, Yume! I love how you wrote this story. It's how I always imagined Pearl to be! The introduction with Pearl, her playfulness on the phone with Agent 8, brought this wholesomeness to Pearl that I only envisioned in my mind. Yume, this video is so full of life, of every day's little nuances. When Agent 8 ( Ayano Yuki) came onto the scene, wow, your calming voice for her took life's stresses away. I love everything about this: the cute story you wrote, your music choices and the images give this a surreal feel, yet so REAL! SUPER fantastic job, Yume!
So fantastic, Pearl is very charismatic, Can you be funny and pretty smart, In addition to being extremely brave saving Inkopolis for TarTar destruction!, Pearl deserve all respect for this, at the beginning, most of the people attacking Pearl for several reasons, and now, Pearl, showed its value to the world, being one of the best characters of the Nintendo!. Aww! Now even 8 is a precious Octo. I wonder if there will ever be a bit with Pearl vs Marie because their "kids" (Agent 8 and Agent 4) are fighting. I want to see that so badly! And the sketches were adorable! Not to mention how funny the coughing bit was. I repeated that like 10 times.

It's impressive how I can easily imagine animated versions of your audios (might because I love to draw XD). It was very interesting to see Pearl acting in this way, even because it shows that she isn't just a girl with a tomboy attitude. Great work, Yume. Inkopolis Story Time series is by far the best gift that you ever gave to us, fans. PS: Agent 8's face at the part where Pearl reads the book gave me the creeps o.O

LOL, it’s clear I rewatched this because RU-vid put my current comment next to my old one. ;) Also, rewatched the Pancakes vs. Waffles dub, and I had forgotten the awesome description of waffles Marina gives. Waffles stand firm in the face of adversity! Deploying their tactical flavor pockets! Releasing their unholy explosion of flavor!
I listened to these super out of order (starting with Three, then Marina, now this.) But holy hell have I never seen such wholesomeness. These make me so soft I can't deal with how dang cute and pure these all are. And the production quality is impressive. These stories are legitimately compelling, the characters are all super endearingly written and the sound design is on point. ALSO EIGHT IS SO CUTE I'M SOBBING

...and I thought part 1 was already perfect! Everything you did great in part 1 you did even better in this one! And, personally, I like your Pearl voice most. I liked the part with Pearls/8's rapping! Good job! Listening to this episode makes me even more hyped for Marie's one!
Listening to this I feel a bit of sadness... the feeling of when Splatoon 3 eventually releases and a new idol group makes their debut. Like how the Squid Sisters slowly faded behind Off The Hook, will OTH face the same fate to the new group? And will the Squid Sisters further disappear, besides the campaign(?) I mean I don't see the Marie/ Callie fan trains often anymore in Splatoon discussions, so... It's just my worries of Pearl and Marina fading away in the future to new idols... Plus the final Splatfest MIGHT set up some bad mojo for Splat3.
I hope not, like the four of them (Off the Hook & Squid Sisters) have a really good dynamic and I hope they'll explore it in the next game or DLC! Hopefully the story could be more involved or we get a spin off you know. But very valid thoughts-thanks for watching!!

Before I start my comment, I want to say that having an ice cream with this is awesome. Wow. Simple, the humorous, the one who has the knack for anything but also has their weak side, and accepts it willingly, Pearl. One of our lovely girls. What a well written script that was, Yume.
