Simply magical Andrew .. what an extraordinary experience .. and a privilege to be in such a amazing part of this blue planet we all share . Thanks for sharing .. stay well !
Hi Andrew. Again beautiful and unique images! Still, I watched with a bit of mixed feelings. For example, I wonder, rightly or not, whether it is wise to have such an untouched and beautiful part of the earth also visited by tourists. Now only small groups, but what will that look like over time? And, what consequences does this have for this part? I hope and also assume that the holiday / expedition operators there are aware of this and limit the influx of visitors. Despite this, I am still very impressed with the images you share with us!
Hi Hans. Tourism into Antarctica is hugely monitored by IAATO. The price involved to explore here is so high I believe it won’t become a crowded place. The camps there remove every piece of waste, both food and human, all brought back to Cape Town. The company is also carbon neutral. I do understand your point but I also think it’s a crime not to visit, explore and responsibly enjoy these amazing places. We also need to think that it’s only accessible for a fraction of the year in summer months. Thanks for watching and commenting
WOW everything looks so beautiful and completely different from the rest of the world. The ice tunnel looked too small, then you went through and proved how small it was,lol PENGUINS 😍
That is a very difficult question....It is so hard to choose between Whichaway and Echo....it depends which day you ask me haha. Today I will say Whichaway for the ice waves and ice tunnels
