The writer did a great job with this one! Love all British crime dramas. Never watched this one before, and I still am not sure who did it. PLEASE no spoilers! I'm binging right now. So cool that I can the whole series in one shot and not to wait for weekly episodes.

A very interesting story and case until the end. The author made us expect every time and wonder who he might be. We think they have found the criminal until we are surprised on the contrary. The acting and directing are excellent. He did not have to resort to indecent or inappropriate scenes and he was wonderful in everything.

Always appreciated Ingleby. No one can portray depth of emotion better than he can. Have to say the same for Hermione Norris. Fantastic show all the way around.

That was freaking brilliant, truly great writing perfectly executed by the cast and crew. Not a wasted moment and twists all the way to the last scene. I'm quite hard on drama, but this is flawless, imho. Incredibly well done and THANK YOU !!!

If you like British crime drama, then you’ll find the signature melancholy build right up your alley as pieces of the puzzle come together. A wrongly accused man who served 7 years for a murder he didn’t commit slowly puts his life together as a newly assigned Detective takes a fresh look at the case. You expect him to be exonerated in the process. He is. But that leaves the question of what really happened and who killed the wife and mother? There are enough other possible suspects and red herrings to keep you engaged, enraged at times, and relieved at the final resolution of a family torn apart and stitched back together.

Ahhhh happy to watch again. Last time this was on YT we had to wait for each episode. It was excruciating!

It's 2.00 in the morning, I have watched some of the series and I intend tomorrow, at work, to put my headphones on and listen to the rest of it. I have so much faith in English actors that I am sure I can follow the story relatively well, just by listening the episodes.

41:00 . You can see all the real guilty ones . The sister ... his " friend " and the police for negligence . It is a very interesting and entertaining story . Very good quality!!! Well crafted drama !!! But in the end ... was his brother .
