Basically all Innofood stand mixers are suitable to knead dough of up to 1kg for KT609 and KT-7500 and an amazing 2kg dough capacity for KT-7600 ! The kneading time varies depending on the speed and torque of the stand mixers. Consistent torque throughout the kneading process is quite important to achieve windowpane dough effectively.
