May I ask a question; Is the government noticing these innovations, and if it is, what is it doing to perfect these skills? Such innovations should not be taken by Western countries who actually fund them because they see their value. The President of Uganda should create a Ministerial Portfolio and name it the, "Ministry of Technological Innovations and Sciences", then find markets for such gadgets. Thereafter, it should bring in investors (Venture Capitalists) and Engineers who will fund and perfect these gadgets for export purposes. That's a model on how to reduce the high unemployment in the country.
