MEET THOMAS DWORZAK
After studying in his native Germany, Thomas travelled through Europe and the Middle East, capturing the war in the former Yugoslavia, before documenting the conflicts in Chechnya, Karabakh and Abkhazia.
The decade after 9/11 saw Thomas Dworzak, a Magnum member since 2004, extensively covering the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and their impact on US politics. Now based back in Georgia, Thomas Dworzak continues to discover Eastern Europe. In collaboration with Panasonic LUMIX GX7, he shows us his personal impressions of Tbilisi, Georgia's capital in the midst of an uprising.
