I love the fact you are a dentist and you cover a lot of the questions we all have and should ask. And most dentist don't tell you. I hope you continue to educate to keep doing what you are doing. And your office looks amazing.

I found your videos yesterday. I think I'm so interested because you're the kind of dentist every person wish they could afford to come to. Itd be awesome to see more dentist love their job like you do. Your all's personality makes the environment seem comfortable and loving. Every dentist I've been to since I was a kid has rushed while doing my teeth, made me feel ignorant for being afraid, mess up my teeth more, or just didn't care. When I was around 12 my dentist wouldn't let parents back with the kids unless they were super young. So my mom's out in the waiting room and can hear me screaming in pain all the way from the back behind a closed door. I had a cavity and he had these needles all different lengths with these green caps on the back of them. He gave me a shot to numb my mouth when he came back 20 mins later he poked my gums with the pointy end of the scraper and said can you feel that is there any pain when I do that. I replied "yes and that my gums weren't numb but the roof of my mouth was. He said he'd be back in 5 to 10 mins that the numbing agent need more time to work. So I'm laying there freezing and shaking. Finally he comes back in sits down this time he didn't even ask me if I was numb. As he's scraping out the cavity he must have hit a nerve or something because this horrible searing pain went through my tooth and it started throbbing and I got an instant migraine. I raised my hand like he told me to do if I needed him to stop. He didn't stop and told me I'll be done with this part shortly. The nurse is using the sucking tube and she sees I start crying. She tells the doctor that he might have to numb me again that I'm in pain . So he stopped what he was doing slammed the tool down on the metal tray and and grabbed this huge ass needle and just started sticking it in different spots in my mouth and pushed the numbing agent in. He wasn't gentle about it at all. So finally I'm so numbed up that I didn't realize I kept closing my mouth while he was trying to work on my mouth. He looked at me and said "Seriously keep your mouth open stop being a brat." So it finally comes time for him to use the needles with the green caps. He started out with the smallest one first then he grabs the longest one when he shoved it up in my tooth he started moving it around I'm screaming and crying because it felt like he was tearing the inside of my face up. So the nurse tells him she thinks he needs to stop. He doesn't listen I'm laying there crying, gagging on blood and saliva. The nurse leaves the room and comes back with my mother. My mother told him to get away from me. The nurses comes over and starts cleaning out my mouth and wiping the saliva and blood off my chin and mouth. Almost immediately my face starts swelling. My mouth is numb but my face hurt so bad. So he storms out the nurse is just holding me trying to calm me down. We leave the room and the dentist hands my mom a script for a high dose of ibuprofen. He informs her he will no longer be my dentist that he's never had anyone complain or tell him how to do his job. My mom is furious and says we'll maybe you aren't in the right profession. He says in the most hateful voice "No you shouldn't be treating her like a baby you're raising a whiner." So my mom goes to grab me from the nurse but the nurse says no I'm walking her to your car and we need to get her to the ER. I get better pain meds and an antibiotic. The dentist 2 month later closes his office down permanently. Fast forward a couple of years. My wisdom teeth are coming in so I make an appointment with a dentist and she sends me to an oral surgeon because she said there's other problems that she can't fix. So I get there he's explaining what theyre going to do. they put me out. I wake up hours later and he tells me it took longer than he thought because he had to go in and fix the damage the dentist did when I was 12. He explained that my sinuses were all tore up and I should start feeling better soon. No lie for years my face would randomly swell and get so painful. After the oral surgeon fixed it I never had it happen again. I have had a huge fear of dentist ever since that happened to me when I was 12. So I only go when it gets to painful and I can't handle it anymore. Sooo God Bless you for being an awesome amazing Dr. And human being. It great knowing there's dentist out there who actually love helping people and care about their patients.❤️

Love it!!! I been consulting local places about veneers. I guess not many specialize in cosmetic because none of them seem to be enthused, or mention other options. They’ll give me veneers if I want & can pay avoiding discussing other or secondary options (if there any). Id rather know what they recommend for top results based on what they are working with vs all the plus/minuses of alternative options if I can’t afford what they recommend. I understand they are busy, but they always seem so rushed. I get more answers and ideas from these videos. It seems I need to know exactly what I want to do before any further consults as dentists I’ve talked to only seem to discuss the one procedure I was scheduled to consult about. I really wish we lived closer to this office. I know there’s something out there right for me. Thank you for these videos.

Heyy,I have always had teeth problem and I'm only 28,I had so many teeth remove I lost count,I just took out my 3 wisdom teeth remove as the latest extractions,I also have 4 bridges in the front top of my mouth, had them for 4 years now but I would really like to come there to change them,but I live in Cincinnati ohio,which is 9 hour drive to your place,I really need help sir and I hope my insurance can cover the whole thing or at least 80%,

Whats the size of the monitors in front office? 34" Samsungs? Tell me pros/cons of having these wide monitors..... Im in the process of upgrading my office. Is that also the 49" Samsung curved? Is there too much eye strain having front office employee stare at a large monitor that close all day long? I currently have two 21" monitors side by side but I like the idea of having one ultra wide monitor per station.

Why are dentists more interested in money, money, money, and not what is best for your patients. I have Gastroparesis and this causes severe nausea, vomiting, malnutrition due to my stomach and intestines are paralyzed. The amount of vomiting that I and the other + 5,000,000 of us, are just eating my teath up. My teeth are literally falling out of my mouth. I'm on Palliative care and they are extremely concerned about my teeth. They are concerned that I WILL end up with a horrible infection, because I'm immunocompromised it is a massive concern. They are truly afraid that my teeth will make me become septic and that will kill me. Yet no one can help me find a dentist that would work with me to get them pulled, dentures or implants. How is it legal for a dentist to turn a patient with a life threatening infection away??? It shouldn't be allowed.
