Guys, this is probably the best house you've showed so far in the channel. I like the planning of it a lot. There are some things that can be improved (like the small bathtub :D and the lack of outside grill) but overall it's great. Oh and I didn't see a laundry room. Is there one?
Hey 🙌🙏 so happy to hear that you loved it! There is a Landry room, I briefly explained it in the 24:00 minute, but I didn’t show it. The grill outside is missing, but luckily it can be bought and installed easily 🤙

Well first of all just to tell you don't stop showing us Sotogrande villas please... that is the place... though... I have to tell you I fancy a villa inspired in a yatch in BENAHAVÍS, it was 29 million€ but now is reduced to 23.000.000 hehe if you could show us that one I think would be very interesting... at least for me.... there are many other properties in Benahavís very interesting to me... but I think this is the most interesting for the price the amount of house you buy... anyway... anything from ARK (disculpad que sea taaaan pesado) always is welcome... that extra space under the stairs could be used as a wine cellar with temperature control. for me the best fitted place since from the 1st floor they can see the wines the alcohol on display from the top that entice them to go down and enjoy the man cave.

This villa got everything I want in a villa. Not too big not too small, and that man cave I do agree is one of the best I've ever seen. Fantastic video well done boy's loved it.

Strange choice of main door but I like those sliding door panoramas. I assume they are Schüco sliding doors. Shame we only have one producer of such an obvious product in Europe. We need competition. Schüco is needlessly expensive.

I love the way you guys present the video but I don't like the house at all... this one is not for me... Looks like a hospital... :S I hope you'll sell it you guys did a good job with the presentation.
Really like the videos you guys make but some things are missing. One of the things I really hate is doing the dishes, so why don't you mention the kitchen has a dish washer? I can't imagine all those houses don't have a dish washer. Also in this house you mentioned a room which I could make my own (For example Golf Green etc.) but you don't show the room. Try to show the potential of spaces and room if not used. In the beginning of the video showing how many rooms, size etc next to the price would be nice as well.Keep up the good work & keep improving and keep the content coming. Respect!

But we could totally include it in the Intro 👍 I try not to mention the obvious, all houses have dishwashers so I tend to not mention them. The empty room (potential golf green) is a completely empty room with nothing inside, so I thought no one would find it interesting to see 😋😅 anyhow, your feedback is much appreciated and I’ll make sure to implement your comments 💪
Nice house. Same question as usual... Why does the owner sell it? Because of too much constructions around (see at the beginning of the video the workers in action on the roof of a new house just behind and cranes on the left side).... Loss of privacy, maybe? Anyway stunning villa and views. Good job. P. S. : which part of Sotogrande. La reserva?
Hahah don’t worry about the privacy, as I said in the video it has it completely. And the building is a minor work which will be finished on 2 weeks 🙌🙌
God I had to laugh at that bath tub sorry but that would have to go I’ve seen bigger foot spa’s, as for the rest of the house it’s beautiful. Love watching your videos as they are always well represented and you definitely look like you enjoy doing them, keep it up you guys can’t wait to see more.
Very nice house. Nice finish. There was designer mind behind this. Nice art. But I dont get it some bedrooms where U have such a big house and some of them are very tiny. I mean, I hate the feeling which I guess most of the people in the world have in their flats, apartments etc, that it could be 1m wider here or there. And when I look at that expensive house I felt that in these few bedrooms. Don't get it why night table is squeezed next to bed the way it touches the courtains. Whatever, overall very nice house. I agree also with that "little patio" area under the stairs, that it could be some eco system.

If I could afford house like this, wish to my guests feel comfortable and I guess I would have bedrooms, each with small launge area, sofa, chair, wee table. Don't understand architect in that point. Maybe my expectations are to high. Everything costs. But again, it's very nice, elegant, dream house anyway. Take care.

Starting of the vid was crazy. First of all where were you guys for almost a month????? Patrick looks like Rock. The only downside of this house is their main room/master bedroom. Who was that guy swimming in last shot?? Btw also give us the space in square feet.
