I’m totally blown away by the skill level of these kids😳. They look like miniature pros. I enjoyed this more than watching the main events. Thanks for posting this👍…
I'm just a couple years older than you. When I was the age of these kids, the only engine size was 60cc and unless you had an older Honda, the only option was Kawasaki because nobody else made a 60. The big 4 made 80s but they were the only ones to exist. 105's were a thing for a few of the supermini riders who were big enough to race a 125 but whose dad's had money and could build a 105 for them to be a "winner" on a supermini. Even now, watching the 65s at this event is just fun but if you watch the 85s at the next event Matt filmed, the class is filled with a lot of kids that are way too big for the bikes but they stay there for various reasons between wanting wins, titles, sponsors, etc. 65s are definitely better to watch than 85s or any supermini class.
Bro thank you so much for uploading this. I didn’t know how much I’d enjoy it until I watched. Kids were ripping! Cool to see them getting sx experience in some sections.
Awesome video! Glad you captured all of that. It was such an awesome experience to send it in front of all of those fans and hear them cheering!!! EPIC! 👊🏻
Those kids rip!! Even in my hay day I would never have the balls to hit a triple! Now that I am old as hell I can watch these boys do it. The sport of moto is strong my friend we have nothing to worry about.
My wife and I love watching the kiddos ride. I wish they would show the ktm jrs on the broadcast. Seeing young kids love dirt bikes like this just makes me happy. Sure do love this sport
@@mattburkeen820the 85's are the class I'm looking forward to the most! These guys were absolutely awesome, but the 85's surely will take it up a notch or two. ✊🤘
I never got to ride a 65 or 85 as a kid, 12 years old right onto a 125. Now riding my sons kx65 insane power to weight ratio, I can rip 20 ft doubles out of corners and I'm 170 ..future looks good tho
I honestly dont know how to take this. A 65 jumping sx triples and 250 and 450 riders complained about the jump at the georgia supercross last year. So is the kid on the 65 that good or are the guys on the 250s that bad ??
That triple was 90-100ft and steep as hell, this one is around 70ft like a normal sx triple and has a huge run up. atlanta had a 90 right hander, the worst possible run up for a jump, you cant use the rear brake. The real issue this shows is how OP even the 250s are for these tracks. These tracks are like perfect size for a super mini. I bet they do they do almost all the big lines this weekend.
Thank you! I don’t know what you mean by that, I’ve had people tell me I have my dislikes off but I’ve never changed anything or any settings to do with that so not sure what the deal is lol
Damn this helps to show that the bike is only about 10-20% of the equation Rider skill is off the charts here these kids are hauling the mail, can you think about how big that is for these kids?
