Think casual players would be happy with a card in the high 80s. You got to grind and put time into this game to get top tier cards.

Squad battles for moments card is annoying but if you a 70 rated ligue 1 team on pro difficulty, you can do both objectives at once and sub in a Real Madrid player to get the other done. Only 4 online single wins is a lot easier as well. Pretty good weekly objectives, besides the totw players. I have none in my club and most people have teams to good to use them anyway.
