The masses have spoken! I will bring back the Facecam for replays (my other instructional videos would've kept it anyway) and will try to find a good match I played myself to examine.
@Dude Extra my dude I am extra flattered that you think I'm young and naive. I've been playing poker since before you were born. I wish all young people had good manners like you.
Important to note for other viewers, the MMR shown are the FOG MMRs of the players, their global MMR is much higher. (Also that it's the MMR at the time the game happened)
Now that I have finished the replay, I would like to give some feedback, given that you were appreciative of previous: -First of all. Holy Deejus, the pacing in this game is such a step up from your previous video. Incredible improvement in that area man. -I remember mentioning last time that it would have been a good idea to hammer the point of drake > kindle in late game. I'm super happy that you did exactly that this game, explaining how usually Olaf wants to stall, but that Eagle is even stall-ier. -I would put the name of the map and gamemode in the title of the video. Whenever I play a map in global league, I always look for some replay commentaries so I have some understanding of the map before I begin the match. -I loved how you went over the previous game's theme and explaining how this videos theme was overextension. -I personally enjoyed the funny images you kept posting on the bottom right, but I think webcam + that would be the best possible combination for me. Overall, incredibly well put video. In my opinion, a huge jump on quality from your previous one, and that one was also pretty good.
Nice analysis! I was pretty skeptical of eagle!!! holding scop for so long, since it allows Olaf to respond to lightning strike with another winter fury right after, but in the case of fog when you're trying to scout for vision, holding it turned out to be very effective. I enjoy hearing your thoughts on fog in particular, since I'm getting back into it after taking a break for a year or two.
Hey DPSI, glad to hear you liked it! I was actually thinking about making video sometime examining the differences of how to handle fog vs standard. On another note, I greatly enjoyed your live cast vs go7 the other week, I hope to see more in the future!
Great video! I've really enjoyed all your content, thanks for making it! I liked the red arrows showing the pincer move directions. Drawing on the screen is a really clear way of showing a concept. Perhaps you can expand on it, a la Madden. Not sure how easy that'd be with the replay function though.
Thanks for another awesome video man! Really been enjoying the content. It's a blast to have someone commentate about these high level games. Between you and Mangs I'm finally getting my AWBW fill.
Deejus : eagle fighters are invincible they take two anti airs to take down,. Kanbei fighters : hold my Bier!!!! Javier fighters with 3 com and Scop: challenge accepted
so what you're saying is, to have a 100% win rate against Go7 is to pick the penguin before he does "every battle is won, before the fighting even begins" -this guy
Awesome video and commentary, keep up the great work good sir. Learning a lot and your videos keep getting better and better. Don't be afraid to put the camera back on yourself, see you next video.
I think you're underestimating Eagle (the co) on this map. It's not too difficult to stall on both fronts imo. Mass copter can be good in fog if they aren't prepared. Against an Eagle with LS ready it was pretty suspect though. On a side note, I was surprised neither player opted to break open the pipe seam.
I agree about the Stealth Fighter too, not because it’s too early, but because it’s such a stupidly designed unit that drains all the fun out of the game.
Lol that's savage Also wouldn't say Mangs is that great, if AWBW had a ranking system similar to StarCraft, for example, he would be Diamond, like good, but not top tier by any means, have heard Mangs say things about units and COs that had me rolling my eyes
@@beckerzineo bro YES, if Nintendo would do exactly that, give us a starcraft style online ladder and care about the advanced wars fan base like at all I'd be more than satisfied, I'd dare to even say "happy"
Hmmmm, Olaf seems good as his power would wreck havoc in long games on the same time eagle would shine on such a game due to its stally nature, I would go with olaf in this one as the map seems to be too open for eagle to play best with his copters and Olaf powers can technically shut down his power if timed correctly
Agreed. I'd also like to see some of your gameplay, instead of reviewing other people's matches. I still have no clue about your playing style. Show your personality! It's important on RU-vid 👍
@@doom1791 Yeah, and it also has the advantage that he will have a much better idea of what his thinking was for each move, without having to hypothesize as he does in these ones.
