I almost let out a cheer with the 2nd one, when the last 3 parachutes finally appeared lol. Also I've got the gruff voice in my head of a 56 year old ex-RFC pilot from Yorkshire saying 'in my day pilots were men and burned in their planes, damn nancy southerners have ruined the country' and similar things for whatever deranged reason.. Good compliation :)

Why do all the swastika look weird?? Are there actually people that are offended about history...but yet play a historic game? WTF?

I may be 9 months late but in Germany until some time ago swastikas were forbidden and game developers tend to just use a simple field version for all instead of making a separate version for other markets. For the newer Wolfenstein as example the made a special German version without swastikas and the Reich was just called Regime. Now I think the swastika is allowed if it's not glorifying the third Reich.

The bailouts have always struck me as the least realistic part of this game.

The new pilot physiology introduced in the latest update also made bailing out a little more realistic. Now it's slower if the pilot is injured and g-forces affect your chances of bailing, so if the plane is in a violent spin you won't be able to bail. It's a little better than the superhuman escapes you could pull of before.

Yea especially with the first bailout he would've definitely died at the speed he was going. That parachute slowed him really fast apparently. The old il2 1946 he would've died and strange I would've thought the g forces would prevent you from bailing already as it was already implemented in 1946 too.

It has nothing to do with WT, or Gaijin. This game is made by the Rise of Flight team. And the game engine is a further development of the RoF engine.

When my aircraft is uncontrollable in War Thunder, i feel bad for the pilots and crew so i hold J for 3 seconds so they can get home to their families, even if it's a game.
