Decided to try a new spot at Long Island and it totally payed off! Morning bite was ok but once it Was over 10am then the big waves of blues started to arrive! Most were in the 6-8 pound range but I had a few over 15 pounds! We kept a few small fish for the family and gave some to those who had trouble catching one, metal a17 lures did the job, great day overall can’t wait to come back Monday and happy memorial weekend to those who gave service to our country!
