I think they were talking about the lightning strike which was used as a UAV. They didn't call it in when they 'used it' so they could see the enemy's and call it out to their teammates. This was a bug and wasn't what the lightning strike was designed for so they changed it so it only shows the enemy's one time.

You know how when you use a lighting strike, it shows the red dots of where the enemies are. Well, if you took your lighting strike out, and then not use it, and then take it back out, there will be no red dots of where the location of the enemies are.

When you call the lighting strike in on like the menu of it where it shows the re dot well if you come out of it then back in the red dots wont show anymore, but in snd if you called it in,backed out then next round called it in the dots would be back but they patched it where the dots fully go..
