Remember my 4* melanistic mule deer yeah he turned 5* the problem os he was 99% genetics and he only scored 465 but I didn't know his exact age so I didn't want to take chances that he might grow larger but yeah he's lookijg good in the lodge and just need one more 5* mule deer to complete the mount
I have a question about antler symmetry , how can you tell if a 1 star young or a 1 star adults antlers are symmetrical or not this applies to elk deer and moose if you wanna throw big horn sheep and mountain goats in there to then go ahead but i have been struggling when telling the difference especially young 1 stars i killed a 1 star young white tail the other day because his antlers looked off but turns out his genetics were at 72% if anyone could give me advice i would appreciate it
Well ask yourself what does cemetery mean lol I’m joking, but if there are tiny differences between the two antlers, I wouldn’t really worry about it until they grow up a little more but if you can obviously tell there’s something wrong with the deer or bowl take them out
