I'm not Scump but I'll def try and give you an answer. It really depends. If you are in a lot of 1v1 gun fights and are constantly getting shot at as well, use it, you'll flinch less and win more. If you are always behind your opponents or never really taking shots, then don't use it. It goes both ways, up to you!

In traditional call of duty most of them play between 2-4, but the sensitivity system in black ops 2 has changed.

Why does it matter? Hes clearly comfortable playing on the sensitivity he plays on. If you want to play on a higher on then go for it.

Not really. If you'd use this kind of gun in a domination match on Standoff or something then it would be a bad gun choice but in Hardpoint most gunfights take place in the actual Hardpoint which are mostly from close distance, and the Skorpion destroys in close distance gunfights.

I'm doing pretty bad in pubs atm:( I have a k:d of only 0.96 and my first prestige is in 21 hours of game time:/ is it worth me resetting my stats to try again and be better, because i have been getting my k:d, spm and prestige time better as i play more. so should i reset my stats or keep them the same? any advice would be nice
