US Congress only takes 2 weeks at Christmas and 2 more weeks in the summer. Our Parliament takes off more than 3 months in the summer and a number of months around Christmas. If we can get by with a govt. for half a year, do we really need them at all ? Now they get this week off as well. Do they need to rest up for their 3 month summer break ? Taxpayers get ripped off at every turn !!!

In BC the methadone program is a complete failure. Although many addicts do get off street drugs they und up on the free government methadone for MANY MANY YEARS after. They don’t turn into productive citizens on methadone either. The only winners is big Pharma being paid to keep addicts addicted to legal tax payed drugs over street drugs. It’s a cycle that needs to be stopped. JT is an idiot. They should be consulting with the top psychiatrists and pay attention to the current outcomes of legalization in my pilot province. Bad idea! This is big Pharma looking for more contracts from out tax dollars because the Covid vax wasn’t enough and the diabetics and birth control contracts haven’t kicked in yet.
