I don't want to make what Anatoly did less than impressive, but once you got the weight sitting specifically on your shoulders as it ought to be placed, you can pretty much do anything with your arms. However, still.... the confidence to do that and not tweak the back is awesome!

I failed squat and let the weights drop they flew around because i put one hand down to fix the plate moving but I couldn't put my hand back in position@@gawarlock4148

Agreed with the weight, that's my warm up (using a squat machine, than rep 220kg's including machine weight). I wouldn't try that on an Olympic bar, one handed though.
Weight lifters are hard working people, who are always willing to advice and care. Their appreciation of the dangers of their craft is so ingrained that they never allow newcomers to experience the dangers of their business. You consistently observe this caring attitude in the videos.
