The baby runs away when you tame parents but you can still go tame it. You get bonus levels on babies you tame with high level gigantoraptor.

if you tame the parent you can claim the baby, but the baby will start wandering as soon as the parent tame is complete

You can claim the baby after taming a dino and it will get the bonus taming levels after it's parent is tamed. But they run away after you knock out the parent, so trap the baby next time

just so ya'll know, you do NOT have to kill the parent to claim the baby, but the second the parent tames out the baby will no longer follow the parent and will likely fuck off if you're not there when it tames out.

You have to have baby in render when you finish tame or it disappears

You can claim the baby’s after taming them they just respawn very quickly

You don’t have to kill the dino’s parents to claim the baby. Either dead or claimed. You just have tovfind the baby again :)

the babys dinos to claim them u need to kill or tame it but when the dino die or tamed the baby will run away

You can claim babys of tamed parents my man.. babys will start to run soon as parent tames to you tho. So you could have tamed it if u found it.. also using a gigantaraptor to claim the 140 baby, the baby would have came out at lvl 209 aswell.. although stat roll with extra added levels might not be the same as the tamed parent with the added levels from 100% effectiveness. But will be dang close.. much better then staying at its lvl 140 stats without bonus levels.. but in my time so far, gigantaraptor aaint worth having on arkpoc unless you get one from a raid or sumthin.. thats just my opinion on arkpoc and gigantaraptor.. but at the same time, your better at keeping your items on arkpoc then most ppl are, so for you it might be worth having around
